Human RelationsThe Human Relations Committee is responsible for assessing the needs of under-represented admission counselors, secondary counselors, and students, and then developing programs to meet those needs. Outreach and building relations are the focus of this committee. Sponsored by the Human Relations Committee, the Fellows Program is one of the greatest annual professional development opportunities offered by TACAC with additional support from NACAC. The program is designed to enable admissions professionals from under-represented ares to attend TACAC's Annual Spring Conference and participate in professional development opportunities.
