- We shall be the organization that sets the standards for the admission and the financial aid processes in the state.

Nominations
Executive Positions
President-Elect – Single-slated candidate. Position alternates between university representative and high school counselor each year. Primary duties include, but not limited to: chairing the Conference Planning Committee, serving on and attending all meetings of the Executive Committee, assisting the President with duties as deemed appropriate, and identifying association members who might be appropriate selections for committee chairpersons. Serves a one-year term followed by a one-year Presidential term, followed by a one-year Past-Presidential term.
Secretary – Double-slated candidate. Primary duties include, but not limited to: recording and distributing minutes of all Executive Board and Committee meetings and General Membership me etings. This person is a member of the Executive Board and Committee. Serves a two-year term.
Treasurer-Designate – Single-slated candidate. Position shadows Treasurer one year prior to assuming responsibilities of Treasurer. Primary duties include, but not limited to: maintaining the official financial records of the Association, reporting on the financial condition of the Association at Executive Committee and General Membership meetings. This person is a member of the Executive Board and Committee. Serves one-year as Treasurer-Designate followed by two-years as Treasurer.
NACAC Assembly Delegate – Double-slated candidate. Members from both high school and university sides are elected annually. Primary responsibilities include considering the views of TACAC to determine how to vote on issues at the National conference. Serves a three-year term on the Executive Committee.
