Tyler Area Camp College

The Tyler Area is hosting a Camp College this year for students. UT Tyler and All Saints Episcopal School are hosting to help bring college readiness programming to this East Texas area.

Camp College is a college-going program for rising seniors to spend 3 days learning about the college application process. This program is open to any rising senior (class of 2020) who is considered to be college bound.

The Tyler Area Camp College will be held at the University of Texas at Tyler and All Saints Episcopal School from July 15-17, 2019. The cost of the program is free to students. Camp College will provide breakfast, lunch and college swag to all participants.

If you have any students who may be interested, please have them complete the registration form. Please keep in mind that space is limited, so we encourage students to sign up as soon as possible.

In addition, the host institutions are seeking mentors to help the students understand the college-going process. As a mentor you will assist students with their college applications, essays, resumes and presenting on college readiness information. If you are interested in volunteering to be a Mentor for Camp College, please send an email to Chelsea Beard  for more information.
