College Fairs
TACAC college fairs are open to member and non-member universities and colleges. TACAC members will receive a discounted registration rate. If interested in joining or renewing, please visit our membership page.
TACAC utilizes StriveScan to bring electronic student scanning to all of our college fairs. StriveScan is included with your fair registration and provides unlimited student scans, with no additional charge for multiple reps or devices.

Registration Terms & Policies
- All registrants and attendees agree to adhere to TACAC's Code of Conduct.
- A credit card payment is required at the time of registration. There is not an option to pay later.
- All payments are made directly to StriveScan.
- Registration is open to accredited, non-profit two-year and four-year colleges and universities.
- Registration will remain open until one week before each event or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
- On-site registration is not guaranteed and will be on a space-available basis. On-site registration requires a credit card payment to participate.
- If you decide to travel to the fair, you do so at your own risk, knowing that space may not be available and you may be turned away.
- Late registrations may be excluded from printed materials, website, and/or alphabetical placement at the fair.
- Participating colleges and universities will be allowed a maximum of two representatives.
- Registrations are non-refundable and all payments are final.
- TACAC and StriveScan are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, registrations remain non-refundable, and all payments are final, regardless of the ability to attend or participate in the event.
