Executive Board
So many of us in this profession can remember our first days as a college admission counselor, or as a high school counselor. Were you nervous to speak in front of others? Did you look at a high school calendar, and think - how do I plan events for parents and students? Did you go to your first college fair and look around, thinking, "how do so many of these college reps know each other?"
It’s that time of the year again, colleagues: The time of Starbucks, late nights and jam-packed schedules. It’s travel season, and with the first TACRAO week just around the corner, it’s time to prepare to meet new students, new counselors and new friends.
We’ll all be on the go this fall, whether we’re hitting the road or not. But that won’t stop us from making this season memorable. We’ve created a special sign to help you do just that.
On behalf of TACAC, I would like to officially welcome all of our new and returning members! While many have been a part of TACAC for a while now, we still want to share some very important information every member should know. With that said, it is only right to start with TACAC’s Vision Statement –
TACAC develops professionals committed to providing the highest quality counseling to ensure students' access to and persistence through post-secondary education.
