El Paso Regional TACAC Spring College Fair

Free and open to the public, TACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.

The fair will take place on August 27, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 6:00 - 8:00 PM MST at Ysleta ISD District Service Center (9600 Sims Dr, El Paso, TX 79925).

Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by completing a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, you will receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with their contact information and social media profiles.

Registration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com.

Transportation Grant: In support of TACAC’s ongoing commitment to promote access to post-secondary education for all Texans, TACAC is excited to announce our first year of TACAC Transportation Grants to attend one of the 2026 Spring TACAC College Fairs. 

All secondary schools and CBOs in Texas are eligible to apply for the TACAC Transportation Grant.

Student Leads: TACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all TACAC spring college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. Cost: Member Rate: $200 or Nonmember Rate: $275*

Registration Terms & Policies

• All registrants and attendees agree to adhere to TACAC's Code of Conduct.
• A credit card payment is required at the time of registration. There is not an option to pay later. 
• All payments are made directly to StriveScan.
• Registration is open to accredited, non-profit two-year and four-year colleges and universities.
• Registration will remain open until one week before each event or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
• On-site registration is not guaranteed and will be on a space-available basis. On-site registration requires a credit card payment to participate.
• If you decide to travel to the fair, you do so at your own risk, knowing that space may not be available and you may be turned away.
• Late registrations may be excluded from printed materials, website, and/or alphabetical placement at the fair.
• Participating colleges and universities will be allowed a maximum of two representatives.
• Registrations are non-refundable and all payments are final.
• TACAC and StriveScan are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, registrations remain non-refundable, and all payments are final, regardless of the ability to attend or participate in the event.
