Spring College Fairs

TACAC college fairs are open to member and non-member universities and colleges. TACAC members will receive a discounted registration rate. TACAC utilizes StriveScan to bring electronic student scanning to all of our fairs. 

College Fair Locations: El Paso, San Antonio (2 fairs), McAllen, Frisco, and Dallas.

Become a Volunteer

At the heart of our organization is the active involvement of each member. If you are not currently involved in TACAC committee work and you wish to serve, please review our committee information and complete the volunteer form. Volunteer opportunities within TACAC are plentiful. The time commitment expected of volunteers varies from regular engagement over the course of the year to single-day involvement.

StriveScan is a continued partner of TACAC to provide college fair technology. StriveScan powers college registration, payment, and student barcodes scanning to make college fairs more streamlined.

The Texas College Access Network, TxCAN, is an initiative of Educate Texas, that connects and supports college access organizations across Texas with the goal of increasing access to college and certificate programs for all Texas students.

UT Austin GEAR UP is a college access program funded by the U.S. Department of Education that aims to increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education.
